Funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government, GLA and the Welsh Government, StreetLink is an app, website and phone line that helps connect people rough sleeping to local services across England and Wales. We are now looking for someone to join the team as a Night Phone Worker.
As a Night Phone Worker, you will provide a high quality, responsive service to everyone contacting StreetLink throughout the night; to help ensure anyone sleeping rough in England and Wales is aware of and connected to local services.

The Service runs 7 days a week, every day of the year and working hours are between the hours of 8:00pm- 7:30am; and you will work at home 2.5 days (18.75 hours per week)The successful applicant will be required to complete a minimum of five days of in-person training at our London head office, in Tower Hill.
About you
We are looking for inspirational, committed individuals who have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives. This role will suit someone with:
Experience of delivering high quality customer service.
Experience of communicating via telephone and email with internal or external customers/clients at all levels.
An understanding of good customer care and how to apply it when dealing with a range of customers.
The ability to effectively prioritise your own time and workload.
