The Role of a Maintenance Assistant
As a Maintenance Assistant you will get involved with the general maintenance of the properties this can include, basic electrical work, basic decorating, basic plumbing, hanging/ re–fixing items on walls, door maintenance (handles, fire closures etc), movement of furniture, care taking of the roof top gardens and balconies, health and safety inspections, hotel PPM's and other general maintenance tasks.
This ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude with previous experience in a general maintenance role, you will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team or independently.
